hello...your problem doesnt sound serious since there is no cracking of he drywall...how are your floor joists? your best bet is to call in a flooring contractor to take a look and give you an estimate...this is usually done at no charge.
make sure to ask alot of questions when he is there as it my be possible for you t remedy the situation yourself..good luck
