HELP !! I moved into a very old home about
10 years ago in New Jersey, which has a concrete terrace, under the terrace it started leaking every time it rain or snow, we had a contractor
seal the terrace floor and it stop most of the
leaks. But it has many cracks from the
environment change. My husband and I do not know
anything about treating concrete terrace except
power wash and have asked several masonry
contractor what to do. They all have
different instructions. We are afraid that if we don't do something real soon it could crack and fall or even hurt anyone. I NEED HELP !
