Sectional or tilt-up slab? What kind of GDO; chain drive or screw drive?
If a sectional door, you can replace the metal rollers with rubber or plastic rollers. Except that the bottom roller may not be easy for you to replace. Lubrication of the rollers will also help, but don't lube the track.
If the GDO is a chain drive, they are notoriously noisy; replace it with a screw drive. But most likely most of the noise is coming from the door. If the GDO is already a screw drive, you can try to find rubber mounts.
