I installed the program, but when I try to view the plans or the video, the program (and Windows 98 ) crashes. I get an error message that reads " A fatal exception OE has occurred at 017F:BFF9DFFF. The current application will be terminated. Press any key." When I press a key the screen goes black, a tiny multicolored square appears somewhere off center on the screen, and I have to reboot. What should I do?
