My garage door opener almost closes then reverses to open just about 5ft. from the floor ever since I put weather stripping around the door. I THINK the weather stripping may cause some drag on the door with the combination of a worn drive sproket that sounds grinding noises. Is it time for an ajustment or replacement of the chamerlain electrolift executive for a quieter one?
