Craftsman Garage Door Opener will not open/close

My wife opened it in the morning. In the after noon, we went to shut it and it makes a Click/buzz/click (for about 2-3 seconds) noise and will not move. LED on back of unit flashes 5 times repeatedly.
HELP!
