Blow in Insulation

I purchased a home this past summer and now I am freezing. There appears to be very little insulation in my home and I would like some suggestions as to how I can blow in insulation into my walls. My house was originally built in 1990.

If someone knows a website that I can do some research throught that would be appreciated also. My last question is whether or not this can be done by me or if it needs to be hired out?
