leaking shower head

My remodel man put in a new shower in my basement. He can not get the shower head to stop leaking. He has tried two trickle values and one complete shut off valve on the gooseneck right before my shower head and nothing works, the shower head still drips when you turn on the faucet. We are both very frustrated. HELP!
