The house we bought has nothing but double paned storm windows. The problem is one by one they are breaking. When we open a window it almost sounds like a spring being sprung, then the window will no longer stay open on it's own. One window we can't open at all. The brand is Bellvue, of course the warranty ran out at 5 years (the house is 6 years old). Any ideas on how we can fix this mess before we lose anymore? Thankyou C
