Usually the door can be removed by carefully taking off the stop trim inside the casing on the side with the open groove in the track. The door can then be swung out of the opening from the bottom, lifted and removed. Make all hardware repairs then return the door to the track and re apply stop trim. You need to get the door to swing out from the opening about 20 to 30 degrees to release it from the track. You may need to replace and paint or stain the 1/2 x 1-1/2 inch stop molding.
