The tongue-and-groove pine flooring on my porch is due for replacement. My understanding is that these floors need replacing every five years or so. Mine is four years old. I really like the look of the tongue-and-groove, but I don't really want to replace it every several years. Are there other flooring materials available that will reduce the frequency of replacement?
