You are up the creek without out a paddle. If you got one, you gonna get a ton! Get out while you can. Sell! Sell! Sell! You do not have to disclose this as it is something that broke and you fixed the problem. You don't have to worry about what may happen in the future. Leave that to the 1-800 numbers!
