To give a good response more info is needed. Are the pipes copper or galvanized? Which leaks? Is there an addition to the house for example that is OK--do the leaks occur in the older section? How are the rest of the houses in you neighborhood?--any similarities?

In my own instance I have a house with both galvanized and copper piping, and I've had one pin hole leak in each. For me it is quite manageable and I wouldn't dream of selling.
