Please count me in on a class action lawsuit. I have the original Neptune - just spent $256.99 two weeks ago for a new motor control board and motor - which the company insists is not covered by warranty. This is Thanksgiving Eve - the washer stopped again. This time it is the door lock mechanism. The door won't lock and thus the washer won't spin. I emailed Maytag with my previous complaints. They said the machine is out of warranty and that's it. They said someone would call me and of course noone ever did.
