For the stove, you can slide scraps of laminate under the back feet; that will level it and putting the laminate under the front will be fine.
We did half of our kitchen the first day and rolled the fridge on that the second day to complete the job. Put some cardboard scraps over the laminate edge to protect it as you roll the fridge over it.
