I,m trying to paint my white primered walls with a deep maroon. I have the 123 Bullseye primer tinted to be close to the color of the top coat. So far I have 2 primer coats and 2 coats of final color. You can still see a hint of white threw the maroon paint. I bought PPG paint. Is it possible that I have to put on more than 2 top coats? I was told that painting with this color is tough. Thanx Chet
