My tenant claims that my rental property had enough water to cover my entire house(2800 sq.ft.)and appears to have come from the toilet.She says it seems that the water came fm the base or bottom of toilet,not overflowed fm. the top.She lives alone and so do I(Iam also a single woman)It it Thanksgiving weedend and 4 more days to get my helper over there.Someone told me that the seal probably broke because the toilet and all parts included are the originals fm 25 years ago,when the house was built.What do you think?
