Here are some pix of the rafters at a house I am buying. The seller has agreed to repair all wood damage caused by termites and other wood destroying pests and organisms.
I am concerned that some of the needed repairs will not be done, and wonder what I am getting into if that's that's the case.
Do some of you builders have a sense of what's involved here? I think there was a bad roof on the house for a while. It was supposedly replaced 8 years ago.
