Craftsman 1/2 HP, Model # 41A3625, NO REMOTES! HELP!

We just bought our house. The garage door opener works great with the wall switch. We just don't have any remotes or documentation for the unit. The remotes are not enough of an issue to make me replace the unit, but I would like to get some, if possible. This is all the info I could get off the unit. Does anyone have this unit and can give me the info off the back of the remotes? That way I can find the correct remotes on ebay or at a dealer. Any programming help would be helpful too.
