Fabric car seats and carpets can be made to look like new using a carpet cleaner with an upholstry attachment. Just use standard low-foam cleaning solution. If a few passes does not remove the dirt and stains, you may need to move on to stronger stain removers. A better description would help narrow the possibilities.
