Removal of an old single pull Moen Bathtub facet

Greetings Lady in Distress!
Willing to try removing this older style moen bathtub shower temp guage faucet.
Open to ideas. I have been to the Moen site. I navigate the "tube" in London England with greater skill.
if any of you handy men are familiar with the "pear-Shaped model moen single pull lever please advise me of my options.
