Resurfacing Ceramic Tile countertops

I would like to resurface my ceramic tile countertops with a concrete/cement material. I heard that their is a product that I can purchase that will give my countertops a concrete look but can be put directly over my existing ceramic tile countertops and backsplash. Are you familiar with this product and if so could you provide the name of the product?
