Hello,
I have a Carrier heat pump. This is the model that has the compressor indoors and the coil outdoors.
The outdoor coil is not defrosting and I called the Carrier service representative and instead of trying to repair the system he insisted that everything should be replaced even though before he arrived at my house he said it can be repaired.
I would appreciate any help.
