Our home was built in the 1920's and is built on a wood foundation. We were in the process of getting floor work done in our Dinning Room and Kitchen when we found out the wood foundation had Termite and dry rot damage. It appears to have been going on for a while. I am searching for helpful tips and 'how to' replace the damaged area's under the floor. We have weak and sinking edges in both rooms. Please help.
