cast iron bathtub repair

Anyone know how a do-it-yourselfer can repair a large chip (approx 2" x 6") in the baked enamel covering a cast iron tub. The chipped coating leaves some of the cast iron exposed. Anybody heard of an epoxy-based paste, filler or some other equivelent to bondo that can be shaped, sanded and buffed to a glossy color that matches the remaining tub coating? Am I asking for the moon?
