Replacement panes

In your article above in paragraph 3 you say "you do not have to have the whole window replaced" but in the next paragraph you say the inert gas has to be there and in the final paragraph you imply that replacements in existing frames don't work.
Confused with aluminum frames seeking replacement thermal panes.
