no heat from the heater

I have a lennox whisper heater. Most likely 10 years old in a house that I just purchased. The out put in the floor vent is not hot.
At best it is slighly warm.

I have turned the gas off and on again. The restart did not seem to change the output.

what are some ideas to get heat?
