CAN YOU FIND A PLACE TO BLOW THE INSULATION IN OR TAKE THE PLYWOOD OFF AND DO IT OVER, DRILL HOLES IN YOUR FLOOR THEN PLUG THEM.THATS THE ONLY THING I CAN SEE FROM HERE.
