We recently contracted with Bathfitters to replace a 50 year old tub with a walk in shower unit and wainscoat. When the technican removed the tub he for that the floor and walls behind the tub were rotted. He could have told us to call him after the repairs were made however, he called his office in Morrisville, NC and got permission to stay on the job until it was finished. My family has been in the construction busines for 3 generations and I'm here to tell you that his work was excellent. He replaced not only the floor but joyces and support beams all the way down and he removed old flooring down to the original wood. The pipes were a nightmare but he repiped what ever was needed. To accomplish all of this the toilet and vanity had to be removed. When he tried to disconnect the pipes under the vanity the trap broke. The Bathfitters technician replaced this also. We paid for all supplies and an extra $45 per hour for all work not covered under the original contract but it was worth every penny. The technician arrived early every morning and worked late every night. He even returned at 7:00 am the morning after Thanksgiving to put the final touches on the new bathroom.

I love my new bathroom and credit Bathfitters for a job well done even in the face of what could have been a vey costly disaster.

I highly recommend this company to anyone whe needs new baths or showers!
