Garage Door Opener - light blinks - trouble opening

Watch this Post

Most of the time can not open using remote. Only keypad and must hold down button. Light blinks and I have no idea why. All batteries were changed. It is a lift-master and I have no instructions - can not locate mfg on internet. Thanks for any help.
