I have a leak in my basement wall near the ceiling where my upper deck joins my house. I have exposed
framing in my basement so I can see where the
water is coming in. Can I fix this or is it better to leave
it up to a professional? If I attempt this on my own,
what should I use?

If I call a professional, what type of professional?
