You probably have a loose connection at the lazers on each side of the door. Sometimes these wires get knocked around when you clean or whatever and you have no sourse of electricity to operate the lazers. See if the connections are in still together (no loose wires). Don't worry about touching them, they are low voltage.
If this is not the case, post back up and we will try another angle.
