Mitsubishi HS-U560 VCR/changing setup without remote

I was given this VCR a while back, and never needed to reset the programming that was in it.
It didn't include a remote, and I don't need it enough to spend $90 getting a new one. ;)
I am, however, curious as to wether or not it's possible to reset things like the air/cable setting, or the channels you can scroll through with the channel selector rotator.

Any help is much appreciated :)
