We've been very unhappy with our LOPI Pellet Stove mainly because it's so inefficient. It heats up our small living room to 212 degrees and the rest of the house is FREEZING! However....
What I really want to know is how to replace a part. Our Firebrick Refractory is broken in two. ??? Can't imagine how that happened! Anyway, it needs to be replaced. Also, is there a vacuum cleaner that won't be ruined within a year from the fine ash residue?

Any help you can give me will be greatfully appreciated.
