I am currently trying to get a reverse mortgage for my mother at her home in Jersey City, New Jersey. Under the FHA requirement, there must be an inspection of the oil tank. Doe anyone know how much an inspection would cost? Also, does anyone know a company that does oil tank closures and installation of above ground in home oil tanks and how much that would cost?
