WE HAVE TO REPLACE BENT TRACKS ON OUR GARAGE DOOR BUT UNSURE ABOUT UNWINDING THE COIL ON THE SPRINGS. DO WE NEED A PROFESSIONAL TO DO IT OR IS IT EASILY DONE OURSELVES AND IF SO WHAT TOOLS ARE USED?
