I, too, had heard of a kit for converting an underside of a deck to dry living space, but no-one (and I do mean no-one) had a clue on were I could find it.
Apparently the idea did not catch on. Hence, I did what I explained to you.
If you find something, put it out in a new posting. Could be useful to others, and I would be interested.
