basement remodeling

We've had a mold problem and have stripped the rooms in our basement. We are having it cleaned and santizied before refinishing. We are very interested in this new corning wall system. Our walls are studded as they had drywall or panelling on them. So the studs are there, do we have to insulate if we were to go with this wall system and can we install this ourselves.

Also what would you suggest for a dihumidfier our first floor, we are in a walk out ranch. We have a dihumifier for the basement and are considering on purchasing another one but also want a quiet one for upstairs. Thanks , Barbara
