Water leaking from gest tee below sink. Had to shut water off to house since leaking below valve. water had been leaking for some time underminning floor. Also notice mold along carpet close to wall behind tolet in bathroom. this bathroom backs up to room with washer.

I bought the house 21/2 years ago and am not
able to qualify in law suit because the modular
home was plumbed in 1982.

I'm considering a lawsuit becaust their was no descloser by real estate agent or their clients
about these plumbing issues. The company that
proformed the home inspection failed to pick it up also.
Has anyone else out there had experence going after a real estate broker for non-discloser of this problem with gest plumbing?
