you think your question will be answered but your wrong

how can i possibly answer succh questions with no information.

so you have a kitchen and let me guess, your not happy with the water pressure. am i supposed to read into this that the rest of your home has good pressure and only the kitchen is low? or am i supposed to know that your whole house is low but your only concerned about your kitchen...or is you whole neighboorhood have low pressure or do you have a well

now about the stink, your whole house has the smell and your only concerned about the bathroom? or does your neighbors smell also but only in the slop sink? or what???

we know from high school science class that rotton egg smell is sulpher. from that we can figure that your water has sulpher in it. i dont see how only your bathroom can have sulpher as all the pipes are connected to the main comeinto house. unless you have somesort of sulpher injection pump under the bathroom sink the rest of your home has the same water, rest of neighborhood, unless you have wells....but we would not know that from your post as your provideing absultly no information

so to answer your questions 1 & 2

please spend more than 4 seconds and give us some information

like the genral condition of your plumbing in the house, if the shutoff valves under the sink are indeed open, yes you actually have to do something...get your head in there and open the valves as much as you can(counter clockwise)

while your underthere, let us know the size of supply lines, if you have them cheap plastic 3/8 inch supply lines you have answered your own question, install a better quality supply line, larger diamater will increase flow

pour a glass of sink water from kitchen and smell it, do it stink? you need the culligan man to put some water treatment things on your pipes(will decrease flow somewhat) like filters , softners, anti-sulpher devices
