Greetings again,

If this is a door that rolls on wheels/rollers and not casters, I would go to this site

Then scroll down to rollers. Also if you are going to change the wheels you should also take this opportunity to replace the track. On that same search page you will see "Replacement Tracks". I have used these every time I have repaired a door for someone. They are stainless steel and chances are, if your wheels are worn the aluminum track is probably worn in spots as well.

As far as finding a brand name, sometimes it will be on the lock handle but most of the time you will find the code between the glass, (GEN-89 for example)General Industries made in 1989.

Sometimes, on cheaper doors, you won't find it, (They don't want you to know).
