do you have a boiler for your heat if you do radiant heat loop like wirsbo loop they heat houses and melt driveways its very good stuff weil mclain makes a nice tube wirsbo is most used due to price and thay were the first.It is also made like a heat tape all electric i have no exp. with it. the wirsbo i have instaled i repeat very good stuff good luck Rick
