Our bathroom CEILING is wallpapered, and it is really on tight. Can i paint right over it? I intend to remove the wallpaper from the walls (easier job, and it won't be so hard on my bursitis as ceiling paper removal). The lower 2/3 of each wall is ceramic tile, so there won't be too much paper to remove. But I REALLY want to know what to put on that ceiling to seal it before I paint. Thanks.
