CONDENSATION ON WINDOWS

My home is approx. 3 years old. The past two years we've notice the excess moisture. The humidity in the house is a bit high and the windows are vinyl.

What can I do? What if I kept the fan on all day to circulate the air.

Looking for suggestions to resolve this problem.
