tractor with snowthower

i like to get a tractor with snow thrower to clear up my drive way and thefront of the 2 garages ( separated)which is at the end of a 30 ft. driveway. I live in Ma. and struggling with snow from 3 inches to about 3 ft.
1.What type of lawn tractor and snowthrower machine should I invest into...what HP should be selected for the lawn work in summer and snow work in winter?
2. would the machine be strong and sturdy enough for this amount of snow?
3. Is it easy to change into a snowthrower without much effort (I am a female with 2 young children)...Is there one in the market that requires very little effort to change the different attachments.
