I think that an oversized furnace will be unsatisfactory from both a comfort standpoint and an economy issue. I suspect that you would get too much heat in too short a period of time and you would find yourself cycling from hot to cold without ever feeling comfortable. I think that you would be best served by getting the suggestions of two or three HVAC firms in your area.
