Building a screened porch on the rear of my home. The sheathing is in place but not felted or, of course, shingled. The problem is that the weather won't cooperate and allow the plywood to dry. The underside of the roof will not be enclosed. Is it safe to apply the felt and asphalt shingles even while the sheathing is wet?
