we bought our home in 2000. the people we bought our home from signed a clause stating that they were not aware of and defects or problems the house had. we were told by the neighbors after moving in that the old owners were very aware of the quest piping and the problems that they were causing and in fact we found piping in our attic that had plumbers putty on it to stop some sort of leak. is there anything we can do about it. we've had 4 problems with pipes busting and flooding throughout the home. what can we do? please help.
