Molding at ceiling not straight

I am sorry that has happened. For the correct and better looking finished job, one should have measured, divided and cut the tile at least at three or four from the ends, then placed them, and the naked eye would NOT detect that slight difference. I have a lot of happy people that I have taken out that type of run-in, and made them happy.
Here is what I do. Remove one row, or thereabouts,measure EACH one, cut it to the correct size and install it back.
