4 prong from a three prong

Yes, Michael is correct, but he forgot something also.

In a trailer, mobile home, or fabricated home, they do NOT need to have a buss bar just a ground bar and a rod.

Just replace your three prong with a four by putting the same wires, white, green, black to the same connection as before, and then putting the extra red to the frame of the dryer, usally under a screw that is close to the cover of the receptacle.
